Humanmask present their debut EP, recorded November 2019 in a live session which spanned two days and nights. Having driven days toward the East Coast in exile from Los Angeles, the pair arrived at the Frost Bunker hardware in hand. The duo worked amid a loose pile of 90s electronics on a cold concrete floor at the base of the bunker, giving worship energy to a young desert goddess whose power as a vampiric host had once sated them immensely. This EP is a record of ritual during which two worshippers, much like Lot, were forced to turn far away but, once or twice, glanced backward toward lowered heavens.
